Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and have intact tags and packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards, downloadable software, intimate or sanitary products, masks, innerwear, perfumes, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Partial Refunds
- Items returned in non-original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Items returned after the 7-day return period but within 9 days from the purchase date.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must self-ship their items to the return address.
