Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and have intact tags and packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, intimate or sanitary products, masks, innerwear, perfumes, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Partial Refunds

  • Items returned in non-original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period but within 9 days from the purchase date.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding a specified amount.

Reverse Pick-up Services

  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from refunds for reverse pick-ups, regardless of the number of items in the order.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must self-ship their items to the return address.
